Are you looking for an intensive, focused coaching experience that digs deep into your career growth goals and equips you with a set of significant, actionable career moves? My VIP Alignment Days are half- or full-day sessions that help you clarify your professional vision, map out a path to success, and determine the next 3-5 strategic moves you need to make to get where you want to go.
We’ll take a deep dive into your long-term career goals, plus discuss the challenges you’ve experienced along the way. At the end of our session, you’ll have clear action items and goals that will help you build forward momentum, serving yourself and your colleagues better in the process. You’ll also get a recap call 1-2 weeks after your VIP day where you can ask follow-up questions.
